健康体检筛查脂肪肝人群应用健康管理效果评价

Effective evaluation of application of health management among fatty liver patients tested by physical examination

目的探讨健康体检筛查脂肪肝人群应用健康管理的效果。方法对412例脂肪肝人群体检后进行健康风险评估,生活行为方式干预,血脂、体质量控制,健康管理。结果经过1年的健康管理与干预,脂肪肝、血脂、血压异常均有一定程度的改善;健康管理1年前后行为、生活方式比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病相关知识知晓情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脂肪肝人群实施健康管理,能有效减轻并控制脂肪肝、高血压和高脂血症的发生。应定期开展健康体检,增强国民体质。

Objective To investigate the effect of health management among fatty liver patients tested by physical examination.Methods After physical examination,412 patients with fatty liver disease were conducted health risk assessment,living behavior intervention,blood liquid and body mass control and health management.Results After 1 year of health intervention and management,fatty liver,hyperlipidemia and abnormal blood pressure were all improved in some degree;the comparison of living behavior between 1 year before and after health management had statistical significance（P0.05） and the comparison of knowledge awareness about disease between 1 year before and after health management had statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion The application of health management among fatty liver patients can effectively reduce the incidence rate of fatty liver,hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Regular physical examination should be conducted to improve the quality of the people.
