客运专线最重要的就是保证行车的高平顺性,路基是保持线路平顺性的基础,但路基沉降变形复杂,路基应具有较大的刚度、连续性和均匀性。施工中应加强地基加固施工质量、做好地质核查、保证路基填筑层的质量控制、控制路基过渡段的质量、重视路基沉降观测、做好路基防排水和路基检测等工作。
