乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原的实验室检测及其临床应用

Laboratory testing of pre-S1 antigen on hepatitis B virus suffers and its clinical applications

目的:探讨前S1抗原在乙型肝炎诊断中的作用。方法:采用ELISA法检测429例乙型肝炎病毒感染者血清中前S1抗原。结果:153例HBeAg阳性标本,前S1抗原阳性130例,占85.0%。抗-HBe阳性177例标本,前S1抗原阳性者61例,占34.5%。而99例HBeAg和抗-HBe全部阴性的标本,前S1抗原阳性者25例,占25.3%。前S1抗原与HBeAg的阳性符合率高达85.0%。结论:血清乙型肝炎病毒与前S1抗原密切相关,S1抗原可以作为乙型肝炎病毒感染、复制及预后判断的重要血清指标。

Objective： To explore the function of Sl-antigen in the stage of diagnosing hepatitis B. Methods： By the skills of ELISA, detected pre-S1 antigen in the serum from 429 cases. Results： Among the 153 cases of HBeAg positive specimens, 130 cases＇ pre-S1 antigen appeared positive, ac-counting for 85.0%. Among the 177 cases of anti-HBe positive specimens, 61 cases＇ S1 antigen ap-peared positive, accounting for 34.5%. And 99 specimens of negative HBeAg and anti-HBe, 25 ca-ses＇ S1 antigen appeared positive, accounting for 25.3%. The coincidence rate of pre-S1 antigen and HBeAg positive reached as high as 85.0%. Conclusion： Serum hepatitis B virus and S1 antigen are closely related, S1 antigen can be used as an important serum indicator of HBV infection, replica-tion and prognosis.
