摘要
目的:探讨护士职业紧张与职业生命质量的关系。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取桂林市3所医院护士592人,运用OSI职业紧张量表和QWL职业生命质量量表调查其职业紧张和职业生命质量,并进行Spearman等级相关分析。结果:不同年龄、不同职称的护士,职业紧张和职业生命质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);职业生命质量与职业任务紧张呈负相关,与个体应对资源呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:不同年龄、不同职称的护士,其职业紧张和职业生命质量不同,职业紧张越大,职业生命质量越差。
Objective: To explore the influence of occupational stress on the quality of working life of nurses. Methods: The life scale (QWL) were occupational stress inventory revised edition (OSI-R) and quality of working applied to evaluate a total of 592 nurses randomly assigned from three hospi-tals in Guilin city. The relationship between occupational stress and the quality of working life was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation. Results: Both the scores of occupational stress and the scores of quality of working life were significantly different among nurses .with different age and profession (P〈O. 01). The score of quality of life was negatively correlated to the occupational task, but stress and The more posi the tively correlated to the personal resources (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The occupational quality of working life were different among nurses with different age and profession. occupational stress in the nurse leads to the worse quality of working life.
