The value of MRI and MRA in diagnosis of cerebral AVM

摘要 目的:研究脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的MRI及MRA特征,探讨其诊断价值。方法:使用GE signa echo speed 1.5T 超导MR机对71例AVM患者分别行MRI及MRA检查。MRI采用SET1和 FSE T2加权序列,MRA采用 3D-TOF序列。结 果:MRI及MRA能显示AVM的瘤巢,AVM的继发改变MRI能很好显示,MRA能显示AVM的三维解剖结构。结论:MRA和 MRI是无创性评价脑AVM的有效方法,两者并用可提高诊断准确率。 Objective:To evaluate MRI and MRA in diagnosis of intracranial AVM.Methods:71 cases of AVM were studied retro- spectively with MRI and MRA on a GE signa echo speed 1.5T scanner. MRI was performed with SE T1 and FSE T2 weighted sequences, and MRA was done with 3D-TOF sequences. Resuhs: The nets of AVM can be seen on both MRI and MRA.The secondazy changes of AVM were well defined on MRI and the three dimensional anatomy of AVM could be demonstrated cleary on MIiA. Condusion: MRA and MRI have great value in noninvasive evaluation of intracranial AVM. Moreover, MRA coupled with MRI may improve the diagnostic accura- cy.
