进口与国产培高利特治疗帕金森病的疗效比较

Imported vs domestic pergolide in treating parkinson disease

目的 :比较进口与国产培高利特治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法 :在并用 (进口组有 6例不并用 )左旋多巴 苄丝肼下 ,进口组帕金森病 68例 ,男性 35例 ,女性 33例 ,年龄 64a±s 12a ,给进口培高利特从 0 .0 2 5mg·d- 1开始 ;国产组 70例 ,男性 37例 ,女性 33例 ,年龄 64a± 9a ,给国产培高利特从 0 .0 5mg·d- 1开始 ,均逐渐增至 0 .5～ 0 .75mg·d- 1,于 3mo后评定疗效。结果 :进口组总有效率 91% ,运动波动总有效率 94 % ,平均每例左旋多巴 苄丝肼剂量减少 2 8% ,国产组分别为 4 6% ,35% ,8%。差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。进口组副作用略多于国产组。结论 :进口培高利特治疗帕金森病效果优于国产品 ,副作用较国产培高利特略明显。

AIM: To compare the effects in treating Parkinse disease (PD) between imported and domestic pergolide. METHODS: Imported pergolide group (imported group) of 68 patients with PD (M 35, F 33; age 64 a± s 12 a) was treated by imported pergolide 0.025 mg·d -1 at the beginning of the study plus lovodopa-benserazide (LB) except 6 patients took only imported pergolide, then was treated imported pergolide 0.5～0.75 mg·d -1 during about 20 d. In domestic group of 70 patients (M 37, F 33; age 64 a±9 a), their dosage of domestic pergolide was taken from 0.05 mg·d -1 to 0.5～0.75 mg·d -1 during about 20 d. Every patient of two group was combined with LB in the study. Comparison of these two groups effects was taken 3 mo after treatment. RESULTS: Total effective rate, effective rate of motor fluctuation of dopamine and average amount of LB reduction were 91%, 94% and 28% respectively on imported group, and were 46%, 35% and 8% respectively on domestic group ( P <0.01). The side effects in digestive, vascular and psychic systems in the imported group were more than that in the domessic group. CONCLUSION: Effect of imported pergolide was better than that of domestic pergolide in treating PD, but the side effects of the imported one was a little bit more obvious than that of domestic one.
