酒依赖患者复饮原因调查与分析

Analysis of the relapse reasons for alcoholics

目的:探讨导致酒依赖患者复饮的原因,以便提供有针对性的干预,避免或减少复饮。方法:应用自设问卷对85例酒依赖患者进行调查,对常见复饮原因进行分析。结果:复饮原因有:应激事件占90%;诱惑占82%;负性情绪占75%;戒酒决心动摇占72%;愉快情绪占70%;睡眠障碍占67%;心理渴求占52%;错误的认知占34%;空虚无聊占28%;躯体不适占15%;侥幸心理占10%。结论:酒依赖患者复饮的原因较多,其中应激事件、诱惑、负性情绪、戒酒决心动摇、愉快情绪、睡眠障碍、心理渴求为主要原因,需要提供有针对性的干预以减少复饮。

Objective：To explore the influencing factors leading to alcoholics relapse for the purpose of conducting effective ioter- ventions and avoid or reduce the relapse. Methods： 85 alcoholics were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire and the results were analyzed. Results： Among the influencing factors,the stress events accounted for 90% ; temptation 82% ; negative emotions ac- counted for 75% ; the determination reduce is 72% ; pleasant emotions accounted for 70% ; sleep disorders accounted for 67% ; crav- ing accounted for 52 percent; misperceptions accounted for 34% ; emptiness boring accounted for 28 per cent; physical discomfort （15%） ; trusting to luck accounted for 10%. Conclusion： Many reasons can leading to relapse , stress events, temptation, negative emotions, motivation reduces, pleasant mood, sleep disturbances, craving are the main reasons, Interventions should be conducted ac- cordingly in order to reduce relapse.
