ras、c-erbB-2蛋白在砷致皮肤癌中的表达及机理探讨

为研究ras、c-erbB - 2癌基因在砷致皮肤癌中的表达状况及其意义 ,利用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测ras和c -erbB- 2癌基因蛋白在砷致皮肤癌中的表达。结果表明 ,砷致皮肤癌中c -erbB - 2及ras呈高表达 ,P2 1及P185阳性均为 9例 ,占 90 % ;并且两者均高于文献报道的P2 1和P185在一般皮肤癌中的阳性表达结果。提示砷致皮肤癌与癌基因突变密切相关。

To investigate the expression of ras and c-erbB-2 in skin cancer induced by arsenic. By means of immunohistochemical technique using monoclonal antibodies to ras and c-erbB-2 oncoproteins in 10 cases of skin cancer induced by arsenic. The positive rate for overexpression of ras and c-erbB-2 oncoproteins in skin cancer induced by arsenic were 90%(9/10) and higher than those of the reported. The positive position for overexpression of c-erbB-2 and ras were mainly observed on cell memberance and cytoplasm of epithelial cells, respectively. It is suggested that the oncogene may play a role in carcinogenic mechanism of arsenic.
