本文通过对《伤寒论》中张仲景治"黄"三证(即偏于治疗湿热兼里实的茵陈蒿汤证、偏于治疗湿热郁阻三焦的栀子柏皮汤证以及偏于治疗湿热内蕴兼表邪未净的麻黄连翘赤小豆汤证)的证治特点进行分析,以探讨其独特的证治思想。

The paper analysises Zhang Zhongjing＇s experience of treatment jaundice with yinchenhao decoction of yinchenhao,decoc tion of zhizi baipi,decoction of mahuang lianqiao chixiaodou,among of which decoction of yinchenhao prefers to treat inside damp and heat belongs to yang huang,decoction of zhizi baipi prefers to treat the damp-heat obstructing the triple burner and decoction of ma huang lianqiao chixiaodou prefers to treat the damp-heat obstructing inside and resistance of meridian outside according to syndrome differentiation and treatment.Zhang Zhongjing＇s thought of treatment damp-heat syndrome with three prescription is worthy of our later to learn.
