消痔坐浴剂用于肛肠疾病术后临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Xiaozhi Zuoyuji for Curing Intestinal Diseases after Operation

目的:观察消痔坐浴剂用于肛肠疾病术后在止痛、消肿、抗炎、促进伤口愈合方面的疗效。方法:将305例术后病人随机分成4组,治疗组用消痔坐浴剂坐浴。对照组分别以(1)口服止痛如神汤(简称对照I组);(2)口服止痛如神汤加用止痛如神汤煎煮后的药渣再加水煎煮10min后坐浴(简称对照II组);(3)用马应龙痔疮膏外用(简称对照III组)。结果:治疗组各项疗效指标与口服加坐浴止痛如神汤相当,镇痛效果明显优于口服止痛如神汤组,消肿和促进伤口愈合时间方面均优于马应龙痔疮膏。结论:消痔坐浴剂用于肛肠疾病术后的止痛、消肿、抗炎、促进伤口愈合疗效满意,且免除患者口服中药之苦,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xiaozhi Zuoyuji for curing Intestinal Diseases after operation in the forms of relieving pain,subsiding swelling,antiinflammatory,promoting Wound Healing.Methods： 305 patients after operation were divided into 4groups： treating group with Xiaozhi Zuoyuji,three control groups with orally taking Zhitong Rushen decoctions,orally taking Zhitong Rushen de coctions plus 10min demibain in the decoctions,Mayinglong haemorrhoids paste.Results： treating group had the similar effect of orally taking Zhitong Rushen decoctions plus 10min demibain in the decoctions in all the index,and it had better effect than just orally taking Zhitong Rushen decoctions,it also had better effect than Mayinglong haemorrhoids paste in subsiding swelling and promoting Wound Healing.Conlusion： Xiaozhi Zuoyuji for curing Intestinal Diseases after operation has good effect of relieving pain,subsiding swelling,anti-inflammatory,promoting Wound Healing.It can exempt the patients’pain to take bitter medicine,which can it be used in broad.
