电针、耳穴加中药治疗单纯性肥胖病并高脂血症45例

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Electro-acupuncture and Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine on Hyperlipidemia Complicated Simple Obesity

目的:观察电针、耳穴贴压疗法配合中药治疗单纯性肥胖病并高脂血症的疗效。方法:将84例患者随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(39例),观察组采用电针、耳穴贴压疗法配合中药治疗,对照组采用西药进行治疗,28d为一疗程。结果:经过2疗程治疗,观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为84.7%,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针、耳穴贴压疗法配合中药是治疗单纯性肥胖病并高脂血症的有效方法。

Objective： To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking combined with Chinese herb al medicine on hyperlipidemia complicated simple obesity.Methods： Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into a observation group（45 cases） and a control group（39 cases）.The observation group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking plus Chinese herbal medicine.And the control group was treated with western medicine.Twenty-eight days composed one course of treatment.Results： After treatment for 2 therapeutic courses,in the observation group,the effective rate was 93.3% vs 84.7% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The therapy of electro-acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking plus Chinese herb al medicine is one of effective methods for hyperlipidemia complicated simple obesity.
