摘要 目的:研究黄红糖浆的提取工艺和参数并建立其质量控制方法。方法:采用正交试验优化工艺,以苯酚-硫酸法测定提取液中总多糖的含量,薄层色谱法鉴别处方中的药材。结果:黄红糖浆的最佳提取工艺为:溶剂用量为10倍量,提取次数为3次,时间为每次1.5h;薄层鉴别表明,样品色谱图上与对照药材相同位置上有相应的斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论:提取工艺方法简便,质量控制方法稳定、可靠、准确,可为黄红糖浆现代制剂的研究开发提供技术参考。 Objective: To study the extraction process of HangHong syrup(HHS) and establish its quality control method.Method: An or thogonal experiment was adopted in this study.The decoction technology was optimized with the total polysaccharides as index and thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to identify the medicinal materials in HHS.Result: The optimal extraction technology was as fol low: the herb medicines were extracted for 3 times,1.5hour with 10 times of water.TLC show that sample chromatography chart have cor responding spots compared to the standard substance in the same position and the negative sample has no interference.Conclusion: The extraction technology is simple and quality control method is stable,reliable and accurate,which can provide technical reference in the research and development of modern preparations for HHS.
