摘要
目的:探讨超微粉碎对黄芩解热抗炎作用的影响。方法:采用大肠杆菌液诱发家兔发热法,观察不同粒径的黄芩微粉发挥的解热作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳片肿胀法,观察不同粒径的黄芩微粉发挥的抗炎作用。结果:黄芩超微粉(1、5、10μm)对大肠杆菌液诱发发热家兔的降温作用和对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的抑制作用均明显强于黄芩常规粉(150μm)(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黄芩超微粉所产生的解热抗炎作用强于黄芩常规粉,其原理与经超微粉碎后,致黄芩细胞壁破裂,内含的有效成分溶出加快增多有关。
Objective: To investigate influence of submicron powder on the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of scutellaria ba icalensis.Methods: To observe the antipyretic effect of scutellaria baicalensis with different particle diameter after E.coli liquid in duced fever in rabbit;and to observe the anti-inflammatory effect after ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice.Results: The antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of submicron power(1,5,10μm) was obviously better than those of common power(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion: The antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of submicron power were better than those of common power.The performance was related to the fact that more and immediate effective contents dissolved after rupturing cell walls by micronization.
