摘要
目的探讨进驻不同海拔高度居住不同时间的健康青年血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的变化。方法对从平原进驻海拔 3 70 0m和 53 80m高原第 7天及半年的 40名某部官兵 ,运用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测其血清VEGF的含量 ,并与 2 0名平原健康青年作对照。结果进驻高原低氧环境 ,被试者VEGF含量明显高于平原对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,且随海拔高度的升高而增高非常显著 ,随居住高原时间的延长而降低显著 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论高原低氧环境血清VEGF的含量明显升高 ,可能在低氧性肺动脉高压的发生过程中发挥了重要作用。
Objective To study vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) changes in healthy people living at different altitudes for different times. Method VEGF were determined in 40 subjects lived at altitude of 3700 m and 5380 m for 7 d or 6 months by enzyme linked immunoassa(ELISA),the results were compared with those in 20 healthy young adults lived at sea level. Result VEGF were remarkably higher at higher altitudes than at sea level.(P< 0.05 or P<0.001),and increased with the increase of altitude,but decreased with the increase of living time at the plateau(P<0.001). Conclusion Serum VEGF contents increased at high altitude.It might play an important role in the developing process of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension.
