摘要
为了解决厚硬覆岩下沿空留巷侧向爆破断顶施工难度大、工艺复杂的问题,研究充填体在动静载荷下适应性,拟采用巷旁充填柔性材料(矸石)实现留巷.通过刚、柔性约束矸石体试验,分析了不同粒径及横向支护应力对其承载力的影响,掌握了袋装矸石单轴压缩应力应变关系;基于建立的沿空巷旁侧向覆岩结构模型,得到了充填体动静载荷计算方法.研究结果表明:巷旁充填矸石能适应侧向悬顶旋转断裂产生的动静载荷,且施工简单,对厚硬及其类似覆岩下沿空留巷支护设计的确定提供了科学依据.
In order to solve the problem of difficulty in process by lateral roof-broken explosion about gob side entry retaining under thick hard roof,the adaptability of filling in static and dynamic load was researched.So,gob side entry retaining was carried out by roadway-side filling with flexible material(gangue).The influence of the different diameter and lateral support stress to load-carrying properties were analyzed and stress-strain relationship of the uniaxial compression was gained by tests.Meanwhile,calculation method of static and dynamic load was obtained with lateral strata’s constructional model established.The results shows that: process of roadway-side filling with gangue was simple and scientific basis was provided for the supporting design determination.
