摘要
考虑起重机的动态特性,通过有限元对门式起重机整体结构进行模态分析,得到了门式起重机整体结构的动态刚性和振动特性.并对门式起重机整体结瞬态动力学的分析,得到了门式起重机在起升过程中受到冲击载荷作用时主梁的位移随时间变化的响应规律,得出阻尼对于起重机振动具有抑制作用和加载时间对于起重机系统振动的影响规律.
Two-dimensional mechanical model design is the main method to design crane in the domestic but this method can not reflect the dynamic characteristics of cranes accurately.To solve this problem,ANSYS is used to carry out mode analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the overall structure of the crane.The mode analysis is used to determine the dynamic stiffness and vibration characteristics of the overall structure.The transient dynamic analysis is used to determine responses of the displacement change with time of the main girder under the influence of the lifting impact load.Inhibitory effects of the damping on the vibration of crane and influence laws of the loading time on vibration system are obtained by using transient dynamic analysis.
