摘要
为谋求新时期实现边疆军队医院全面建设协调可持续发展,本文阐述边疆中心医院着眼卫勤保障能力提高,紧紧抓住学科人才建设、医疗服务质量提高、医院文化打造等重点,加强内涵建设,促进医院的平稳快速发展。
To realize coordinated and sustainable development of the military hospital in the frontier in the new period, the measures were taken as following： take the improvement of medical service support ability as aim, try hard to improve the construction of the hospital disciplines and service abilities of the talented person, prove the medical service quality, form harmonious hospital culture.
