摘要
运用系统动力学的原理和方法,从三个维度17个流位变量描述风险的预警机制和因果关系,构建大型综合医院风险预警系统模型,设计风险预警实证调研方案。以期能对大型综合医院建设发展中的风险做到及早预警,帮助医院在科学的轨道上健康快速发展中,实现转型提升、内涵发展、提能增效等医改新要求。
According to the methods of system dynamics theory, the risks warning model for a general hospital was established, which included three dimensions and 17 flowing variables to describe the cause and effect of the risk prevention mechanism. With it we can find the risks of the hospital development in time, thus to realized the fast and healthy development of the hospital
