摘要
病历质量等于医疗质量三级结构中的终末质量部分,病历质量的良莠直接折射医疗质量的基础质量及环节质量,是等级医院评审的核心内容及难题之一,也是常规医疗质量控制管理的难点。因此加强病历质控常态化新机制的创立,是解决医疗质量持续改进的关键所在。
The quality of medical record is equal to the terminal quality of tertiary structure in the medical service quality control, also it represents the basic medical quality directly. It is not only one of the key contents and difficulties of hospital evaluation, but also a threshold of sustainable management of medical quality. Therefore, it is essential to establish a novel mechanism aiming at control and sustainable improvement of and medical service quality improvement.
