单根通用克氏髓内针闭合复位内固定治疗第四、五掌骨骨折36例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 36 Patients with Fourth and Fifth Metacarpal Fracture Treated by Closed Reduction and Internal Intramedullary Fixation of Single Universal Kirshnerwire

目的:总结单根通用克氏针闭合复位髓内固定治疗第四、五掌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2010年5月-2012年12月收治的第四、五掌骨骨折36例的临床资料。结果:本组患者术后平均随访时间6.5个月(5-10月),骨折均获得了骨性愈合,平均愈合时间7.0周(6-12周)。按照TAM评分标准进行评定,其中优21例,良12例,差3例,总优良率为91.7%。结论:单根通用克氏髓内针闭合复位治疗第四、五掌骨骨折,尤其是掌骨颈、干部骨折的临床疗效好。

Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of patients with fourth and fifth metacarpal fracture treated by closed reduction and internal intramedullary fixation of single universal Kirshnerwire. Mehtods： The clinical data of 36 patients with fourth and fifth metacarpal fracture treated by closed reduction and internal intramedullary fixation of single Universal Kirshnerwire were analyzed retrospectively from May 2010 to Dec 2012. Results： The cases were followed up at average time of 6.5 months （5-10 months ）.Fracture all regained bone union at average union time 7 weeks （6-12 weeks）.It was evaluated in terms of TAM,including 21 cases were excellent, 12 cases were good and 3 cases were fair. Total excellence and good rate was 91.7%. Conclusion： It reached better clinical effect about closed reduction and intramedullary fixation of single Universal Kirschnerwire for the fourth＆fifth metacarpal fracture, especially the neck and shaft fracture of metacarpus.
