Spectrum allocation algorithm using improved particle swarm optimization

摘要 针对多点协作单用户联合处理(CoMP SU JP)频谱分配问题,提出了基于改进粒子群优化的频谱分配算法.以同时最大化边缘用户性能和系统整体性能为优化准则,引入边缘用户权重因子,建立了CoMP SU JP频谱分配的有约束非线性0-1规划模型;并针对该模型设计了基于改进粒子群优化的频谱分配算法.仿真结果表明:本算法通过控制边缘用户权重因子可以有效地平衡边缘用户和系统整体的性能,在应用上更具有灵活性;在权重因子设置合理的情况下与现有算法相比,本算法对边缘用户和系统整体的吞吐量均有较大提升. In the coordinated multi point transmission/reception single user joint processing(CoMP SU JP) system,the spectrum allocation algorithm was proposed based on improved particle swarm optimization(PSO).Aiming at maximizing the performance of cell edge users(CEUs) and total cell users(TCUs),the limited nonlinear 0-1 programming model was established for spectrum allocation in CoMP SU JP by introducing the CEU weighting factor.The spectrum allocation algorithm based on improved PSO was designed for this model.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm balances the performance of CEUs and TCUs by adjusting the weighting factor and has a flexible implementation.Compared with other existing algorithms,the CEU throughput and TCU throughput of the algorithm are improved significantly when the weighting factor is set properly.
