真丝筒子丝的前处理工艺采用松式络筒、精练脱胶和增重处理,其中生物蛋白酶精练工艺在低温、中性条件下进行,是一种节能减排、环境友好的新工艺,与传统化学助剂精练工艺相比,精练脱胶效果相当。文中详述了各工艺的工艺要求、工艺处方和流程,并提出了相关的注意事项。
Pretreatment of silk cheese is introduced,including winding,scouring,degumming and weighting.Bio-scouring is carried out with protease at low temperature and neutral conditions,it is an environmental friendly and energy-saving-emissionreduction process,and it has the same scouring and degumming effects compared with traditional chemical scouring process.Processing recipe and procedures are detailed,and related precautions are pointed out.
