空管接口信息服务平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of ATC Interface Information Service Platform

针对目前不同地区不同单位空管信息系统数据格式、接口模式、通信协议等信息标准不统一所引起的信息交流不畅、信息共享不足的问题,提出建立一套统一的接口信息服务平台。通过空管信息标准的建立、空管数据的整合以及多协议的融合,该平台可将各种不同类型的信息接入,经处理后对外提供统一的信息服务,从而实现空管信息的通畅交流和资源共享,为提高管制效率、减少航班延误,打下坚实的技术基础。

In this paper, the different parts of the different units of the air traffic control information system data formats, interface mode, communication protocols and information standards are not unified caused by poor exchange of information, lack of informa- tion sharing, proposed the establishment of a unified set of interface information service platform. Through the establishment of standards of air traffic control, air traffic control data integration and fusion of multi-protocol, the platform can be a variety of differ- ent types of information access, after treatment provide a unified information services in order to achieve the smooth exchange of air traffic control information and the sharing of resources, to improve regulatory efficiency and reduce flight delays and lay a solid technical foundation.
