人工流产术后应用口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片避孕药的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨人工流产术后即时服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服避孕药的临床疗效及可行性。方法:选择我院妇产科门诊668例愿意接受人工流产的年轻妇女,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服抗生素及口服益母草胶囊,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片,比较两组人工流产术后临床疗效。结果:治疗组阴道出血时间及出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在经前期综合征、细菌性阴道炎和阴道分泌物增多发生率方面明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组在术后月经复潮时间和术后子宫内膜厚度方面比较优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组盆腔感染、宫腔粘连、组织残留及未转经再妊娠的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后及时服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片能缩短阴道出血时间、减少阴道出血量、促进术后月经恢复及减少并发症,避免再次妊娠重复流产,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate abortion immediate postoperative clinical efficacy and feasibility of taking dro- spirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets oral contraceptives. Methods：Obstetrics and gynecology clinic of our hospital 668 cases of young women willing to accept abortion were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Motberwort control group was treated with antibiotics and oral capsules, the treatment group were treated based on taking drospirenone ethinyl estradi- ol tablets were compared between the two groups after abortion clinical efficacy. Results：Vaginal bleeding time and blood volume in the treatment group than the control group, a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control in the increased incidence of premenstrua} syndrome, bacterial vaginosis and vaginal secretions greup（P 〈 0.01 ）;treatment group than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）in postoperative menstruation time and endometfial thickness after pelvic infection; treatment group, intrauterine adhesions, tissue residues and not turning the incidence of preg- nancy was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Abortion after taking drospirenone ethinyl es- tradiol tablets can shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, to promote menstrual postoperative recovery and reduce complications, and prevent the recurrence of repeated pregnancy abortion, worthy of clini- cal application in a timely manner.
