一氧化碳与代谢综合征的研究进展
摘要
代谢综合征是以胰岛素抵抗为病理生理基础,胰岛素抵抗的发生与机体各种炎症因子干扰或阻断胰岛素信息传导通路有关。一氧化碳是一种重要的生物信号调控分子,可能具有抑制各种炎症因子释放,调节胰岛素敏感性的功能。本文就一氧化碳与代谢综合征的相互关系作一综述。
