蛛网膜下腔麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中的效果观察

Anesthetic Effect Observation of Lumbar Hemp Combined Epidural Anesthesia in Cesarean Section in the Operation

目的:探讨蛛网膜下腔麻醉(腰麻)联合硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中的麻醉效果。方法:将2011年6月～2012年6月期间我院剖宫产孕妇240例随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各120例,实验组行腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉,对照组行单纯硬膜外麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果:与对照组比较,实验组的麻醉优良率显著增高,麻醉起效时间、手术时间显著缩短,新生儿Apgar评分显著增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用效果优于硬膜外麻醉,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the lumbar hemp combined epidural anesthesia surgery in cesarean section of the anesthetic effect.Methods：240 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,experimental group line lumbar hemp combined epidural anesthesia group,do epidural anesthesia,compared with two sets of patients anesthetic effect.Results：Comparing with control group,hard hemp group of anesthesia was significantly higher,significant difference（P〈0.05）.Incidence of adverse reactions no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Lumbar hemp combined epidural anesthesia surgery in cesarean section the application effect is better than epidural anesthesia.
