血浆置换术治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的体会

Plasma Replacement in the Treatment of Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning the Experience

目的:探讨血浆置换术治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的30例急性有机磷农药中毒患者,随机分成观察组15例,对照组15例,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组进行血浆置换术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者在恢复清醒时间、进行机械通气治疗时间、住院治疗时间、死亡率上均具有显著性差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:给予急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行血浆置换术治疗具有确切的临床疗效,可有效降低患者的病例率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To study the plasma replacement in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning clinical curative effect.Methods：30 cases were selected from the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients,random divided into observation group of 15 cases,15 cases in control group,control group routine treatment,observation group plasma replacement treatment,compared between the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results：Two groups of patients in recovery awake time,mechanical ventilation treatment time,hospitalization time,mortality,all have significant difference,P〈0.05,there is statistical significance.Conclusion：To give acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients plasma replacement therapy has the exact clinical curative effect,which can effectively reduce patients cases rate,it is worth clinical promotion use.
