摘要 目的:探讨耳内镜在耳科疾病诊治中应用效果。方法:回顾性分析我院自2010年1月~2012年11月间收治的耳科疾病患者206例,采用不同直径及角度的耳内镜对外耳道、鼓膜、中耳等进行检查或微创手术治疗。结果:用耳内镜检查206例(216耳),慢性中耳炎75例;分泌性中耳炎52例;鼓膜穿孔患者45例;外耳道异物44例,在内镜下积极治疗后外耳道异物的总有效率为100%,分泌性中耳炎为96.15%;慢性中耳炎为94.67%;鼓膜穿孔为88.89%。结论:耳内镜下检查能够提高中耳疾病诊断准确率;在耳内镜下行微创手术疗效可靠。 Objective:To explore otoscope application for diagnosis and treatment of otology disease.Methods:206 cases patients with the otology disease were retrospective analyzed from January 2010 to November 2012,through the different diameter and Angle ear endoscope,the external auditory meatus,tympanic membrane,middle ear make a diagnosis and give treatment or minimally invasive surgical treatment.Results:Through the endoscopic check 206 patients(216 ears),chronic otitis media accounts for 75 cases.Secretory otitis media of 52 cases.Tympanic membrane perforation patients of 45 cases.External auditory meatus foreign body of 44 cases.Endoscopic treatment after January patients were followed up,external auditory meatus foreign body of the total effective rate was 100%,secretory otitis media is 96.15%;Chronic otitis media is 94.67%;Tympanic membrane perforation is 88.89%.Conclusion:Endoscopic examination can improve middle ear disease diagnosis accuracy;In the endoscopic,minimally invasive surgical curative effect is reliable.
