老年急性肠梗阻30例手术治疗体会

The Surgery Treatment Experience of the 30 Acute Intestinal Obstruction Elderly Patients

目的:分析老年急性肠梗阻的临床特点和手术治疗情况,探讨提高手术疗效的有效措施。方法:回顾性总结分析30例老年急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果:30例患者中恶性肿瘤占13例,全部行手术治疗,其中行腹腔镜微创手术13例,术后共死亡2例,开腹手术的术后并发症发生明显多于腹腔镜手术组(P<0.05)。结论:明确老年急性肠梗阻的主要病因,治疗遵循个体化原则,选择合理的手术方式。

Objective：To Analyze the characteristics and the surgery effect of the acute intestinal obstruction,in order to discuss the method to improve the effect of the surgery.Methods：Make a retrospective analysis into the 30 acute intestinal obstruction elderly patients.Result：In all the 30 patients,there are 13 malignancy.The 13 patients are all adopted surgery.Of the 30 patients,13 received laparoscopic surgery,2 were dead after the operation.The complications in group open operation are more than group aparoscopic surgery.Conclusion：We must know the explicit pathogenesis of the elderly patient acute intestinal obstruction,obey the individualzed principle.
