Percutaneous Pedicle Screw Fixed in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Burst Fracture

目的:探讨经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年3月～2012年12月间收治的65例行经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者的临床资料,总结手术治疗经验,观察临床疗效。结果:本组65例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者行经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗后伤椎椎体前缘高度、Cobb角及椎管矢状径较治疗前有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折临床疗效确切,且手术创伤小,患者术后恢复快,能够明显缩短住院时间,可作为一种安全、有效、经济的治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的方法在临床进一步推广使用。

Objective：To study the percutaneous pedicle screw in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture fixed the curative effect.Methods：Analysis of 65 patients in our routine percutaneous pedicle screw inside fixed treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture patients,and summarizes the clinical data of surgical experience,observation curative effect.Results：All 65 patients via skin pedicle screw inside fixed after treatment hurt job job includes flange height,Cobb Angle and spinal canal sagittal diameter is significantly improve before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The percutaneous pedicle screw fixed in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture clinical curative effect definite,and surgical trauma small,postoperative recovery fast,is worthy to be popularized.
