番茄种质的随机扩增多态性DNA指纹分析 被引量:1

摘要 建立番茄的RAPD反应体系。从 65个随机引物中筛选出 5个 (H11,H15,K6,G3,G5)建立 10个番茄种质的RAPD指纹图谱 ,共产生 4 8条带 ,大小在 30 0~ 30 0 0bp之间 ,其中 ,2 3条带 ( 4 8% )为公共带 ,2 5条带 ( 52 % )具有多态性。结果表明 ,G1与S2 。
