摘要
对黑松幼苗接种线虫 ,使其染病 ,用非伤害性刺激———冷冻刺激引发了植物体内电波波形的变化。研究表明 ,非伤害性刺激能在幼苗体内引起复杂的变异电波的传递。并对这种现象的应用前景进行了讨论。
Seedlings of black pine( Pinus thunbeugii )were inoculated with the pine wood nematode,The non injurious local stimulation,a cold shock ,was applied to the seedlings to evoke the electrical wave transmission.The results have shown that the non injurious stimulation could induce complex VP(variation potential)transmission in the seedlings.This is the first report of the phenomena.Its causes and potential application were discussed.
