摘要
月季 ( Rosa chinensis Jacq.)疫病是广州地区新发生且危害严重的病害 ,其发生与温度密切相关。病原菌被鉴定为柑橘生疫霉 ( Phytophthora citricola Saw.)。田间观察及接种试验结果表明 :该菌在不同的月季品种上致病性差异很大 ,主要为害在广州地区生长速度快的品种——金奖章 ( GoldenMedal)、玛德隆 ( Madelon)。田间化学防治试验结果显示 :瑞毒霉锰锌和硫酸铜对控制该病十分有效。
The stem blight of rose was first observed in Guangzhou area in May, 1993. It became more and more serious in 1994 to 1996. The occurrence of the disease was closely related to temperature starting in early May and ending in late November. The fungus was identified as Phytophthora citricola Saw. on the basis of morphology. It may be the first report that P.citricola infects rose in the world. The results of investigation and experiment in the field showed that the pathogenicity of the fungus varied largely with different varieties. Two of the 8 tested varieties, Golden Medal and Madelon, which grow rapidly in Guangzhou area are da- maged by the fungus. Ridomil-MZ and CuSO4 are very effective in controlling the disease.
