摘要
观察研究了大岩桐组培苗的休眠现象 ,针对休眠苗的特点进行了生理生化测定 ;并通过改变培养基中无机盐浓度、糖浓度、p H值 ,采用不同继代方式、温度及激素处理 ,试图打破其休眠。结果表明 ,培养基中低浓度蔗糖、低温和黑暗预处理及 NAA的处理对抑制和打破休眠具有一定的作用。
Dormancy of in vitro cultured Sinningia speciosa was studied in this experiment.Physiologic biochemiscal characteristics of plantlets were determined.We tried to break the dormancy of S.speciosa by changing concentrations of inorganic salt and sucrose,pH of medium,subculture mode,temperature and hormone.It was proved that low concentration of sucrose,pretreatment with low temperature and dark,treatment with NAA all have some effect on breaking dormancy.
