摘要
根据不同年级学员的思想特点和成长阶段,研究设定不同的课外思想教育目标,制定相应的教育计划和相应教育主题,构建"以学员队为单位、以队干部为主导、以学员为主体"的课外思想政治教育模式,是传统课堂思想政治理论课的自然延伸,是提高学员政治思想素质的有效途径。
Setting up various extracurricular ideological and political education goals,formulating corresponding educational plans and themes and building the extracurricular ideological and political education model of taking the corps as one unit and the corps cadres as a guiding and the trainees as the main part is not only a natural extension of traditional classroom ideological and political education,but also effective means of enhancing the trainees’ideological and political qualities.
