摘要
突发的各类网络舆情事件对当前消防工作影响很大,有的甚至影响到了消防部队的形象。对网络上出现的消防灭火救援舆情事件的现状及特点进行分析,结合当前消防部队在舆情控制方面存在的问题,提出了具体有效的应对措施。
Unexpected public opinions from Internet produce a great impact on fire rescuing,some of which even do some harm to the image of fire forces.This paper analyzes the characteristics of current public opinions and offers some effective measures to deal with them.
