摘要
目前翻译研究的伦理转向集中于译者伦理的讨论,包括职业伦理和个人伦理。职业化翻译的最大需求为商务翻译,商务翻译作为一种商业行为是为某一客户而提供的、针对既定接受者的一项职业性服务。从事商务翻译的译者,其伦理选择不仅包括译者职业伦理和个人伦理,而且包括商务伦理。商务伦理是译者一定要遵循的规定;职业伦理往往是职业的规范,是大多数人所遵循的规则,但有时会与其他伦理相冲突;而译者的个人伦理体现了译者个人的翻译观念,是动态变化的伦理。商务翻译行为应当是商务伦理、个人伦理和职业伦理的动态统一。
As a professional practice, translatlon study has undergone its ethical turn, especially with the focus on the professional ethics and personal ethics of translators. Business translation, as a commercial activity, is the professional service provided to certain clients and aimed at the target customers. Business ethical code is the must for any business translators with the possible contradictions against the professional and personal ethical choices of a business translator. Thus, a business translator has to deal with the conflicts and contradictions and try to balance and integrate the three ethical translation choices.
