As an excellent curriculum and teaching management system（CMS） with open source code,Sakai provides many ex cellent tools to realize the functions based on the network learning.On the basis of the practice and test instruments of Sakai,this paper probes into the features and methods using the tools of Sakai to realize the practice and tests of the curriculum and complet ing the system of military theory to practice and test.
