The importance of Earth imaging system in construction of economy and culture is increasingly prominent.The better method can be used is using API provided by Google Earth,combined with practical application,detail information is shown and can be edited.The paper describes the land management software of railway based on Google Earth API,especially on how to use API,and the management of competence.
