摘要
大专院校毕业生就业信息管理系统设计与开发是为了把管理人员从繁重的数字统计中解脱出来,高效的完成毕业生的就业管理,提高就业率和服务质量。系统开发从需求分析设计到最终系统完成并成功运行,运用了软件开发相关技术理论。系统建立了良好的平台架构,减少了各模块间的耦合性,着重解决了面向招聘单位、毕业生以及各级管理员部署该系统时信息不对称问题,并深入研究了毕业生的就业意愿与用人单位需求不匹配的矛盾协调技术。
The design and development of employment information management system of college and university graduates is or der to freed the managers from the heavy statistics on efficient management of employment of graduates,and complete efficiently the employment management of graduates,and increase the employment rate and the quality of service.During the system devel opment from requirements analysis design to completion of the final system and successfully run,the related software develop ment technologies theory is used.A good system platform architecture is established,and reducing the coupling between mod ules,and focus on solving the problem of information asymmetry for the recruitment unit,graduates as well as all levels of admin istrators to deploy the system,and in-depth study of the graduates will contradiction coordinating technical needs do not match with the employer.
