基于GML三维地理信息系统在公安业务中应用

GML Three-dimensional Geographic Information System Application in the Security Business

摘要 目前公安已建成了多个基于二维地理信息系统业务的应用管理系统,如实有人口信息管理系统、应急联动系统、社会治安反恐系统等,然而二维在表现形式上缺失了三维空间信息。主要研究基于GML(Geography Markup Language)三维地理空间数据在公安业务实践中应用,同时也阐述如何得出三维空间相关数据和主要的技术,同时结合公安部门业务实践所需对其功能设计及其特点进行介绍。 At present,the public security has been built based on the application of a management system of business two-dimen sional geographic information system,Truthfully has a population information management system,emergency response system,social security system for anti-terrorism,but two in the form of performance loss of three-dimensional spatial information.This paper mainly studies the GML three-dimensional spatial data based on the public service in the practice application,and expound the principle and key technology of 3D spatial data and how to generate,and according to the actual business of the public securi ty department to the design and characteristics of the system functions are introduced.
