摘要
在电子政务建设中,政府门户网站都处在非常重要的位置。如何有效整合资源,已得到越来越多的关注。该文研究了数据大集中方式的主要技术特点,并分析了门户网站和部门网站的结构特点、存在问题,提出了基于数据大集中模式的政府门户网站的框架结构,有效地提升了公共服务能力和资源整合。
In the construction of E-Government,government portal website technology acts a very important role.Effective in tegration of resources has been gaining more and more attention.This paper mainly studies the aspects of data centralism mode and analyzes architecture of portal website and key points,then we present the method of data centralization mode based govern ment portal website and resource integration which improve public service capability and resource integration effectively.
