摘要 拟定了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP -AES)测定铅锑合金中As、Bi、Ca、Cd、Co、Fe、Mn、Se和Zn等九个元素的分析方法 ,考察了Pb、Sb基体对待测元素的干扰情况。样品以HNO3分解 ,酒石酸抑制Sb水解 ,ICP -AES同时测定多元素。方法对各元素的测定限在0 .0 7~ 5.2 μg/g,相对标准偏差 (n =8)为 0 .78%~ 2 5.5% ,加标回收率均大于 86%。经与原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法对照 ,分析结果一致。 A method for the determination of As, Bi, Ca, Cd, Co, Fe, Mn, Se and Zn in lead antimony alloy by ICP AES was proposed. Interference from matrix elements was investigated. Samples were decomposed with HNO 3 and tartaric acid to avoid the hydrolysis of Sb. 9 elements mentioned above were determined simultaneously by ICP AES. The detection limits for these elements are 0.07~5.2 μg/g. The recoveries of standard addition are >86% with precision of 0.78%~25.5% RSD for these elements. The method has been applied to the determination of these 9 elements in lead antimony alloy samples. The results are in agreement with those provided by AAS and AFS.
