摘要
通过热空气老化实验等研究表明 ,GM橡胶防老剂对天然胶、丁苯胶、顺丁胶及混合胶有良好的防老化效果 ,尤其对丁苯胶、混合胶的防老化效果最好。GM对硫化体系基本无影响 ;差热分析表明 ,加入GM的硫化胶其内部结构发生了变化 ,提高了第一放热峰的温度 ,从而提高了耐热氧老化性能 ;与传统的 4 0 1 0NA、RD防老剂对比 ,三者的防老效果相近 ,但GM防老剂无毒、无污染 ,是一种绿色产品。
Through thermal aging experiment and DTA analyses, the result shows that GM antioxidant has good effect of aging resistant to the NR,BR,SBR and NR/BR/SBR, and is especially effective to the SBR and NR/BR/SBR, does not influence the system of vulcanization. The DTA result shows that because the structure of GM vulcanized rubber has been changed and the temperature of the first exothermic peak has increased ,the aging-inhibiting property of rubber is enhanced. Comparing with 4010NA and RD three kinds of antioxidant are about equivalent ,but GM antioxidant is non-poisonous and is harmless to the environment, so it is a kind of green product.
