摘要
钢板边部折叠缺陷的产生导致中厚板切损和表面修磨量大,降低了中厚板产品质量和经济效益。基于中厚板轧制过程中边部质点沿纵向和横向流动规律,建立边部质点流动计算模型;对轧制过程中边部折叠质点位置进行跟踪模拟计算,分析得到钢坯头部弯曲下扣是导致边部折叠缺陷的主要原因;提出通过优化轧制工艺减少折叠不良影响、提高钢板成材率的方法。
Edge folding defects lead to the cutting loss and heavy surface grinding of medium plate,as well as lower its quality index and economic efficiency.A model of flowing edge particle has been established based on the flowing law of edge particle along the longitudinal and transverse directions in plate rolling.Calculating the position of edge folding particle shows that the folding defects are caused by billet head buckle under bending.Measures to reduce the folding adverse effects and improve the rolling yield of medium plate are proposed.
