Bounding up with the management of campus network, the author introduces how to create messaging-enabled applications with MAPI. By using messaging-enabled applications,information stored in a database can be sent to a great number of e-mail boxes quickly. As an example, the design and implement of the programm by which bills of campus network are sent have been described in detail.
