摘要
主要从不锈钢板簧的制件工艺性分析、冲压方案及排样设计、模具总体结构设计、弯曲工序结构设计等方面阐述了该模具的设计过程,重点说明了侧面弯曲成形结构工作原理。在保证产品质量的前提下,同时考虑模具结构的合理性和成本的经济性来进行产品的模具结构设计。
The design process of the stainless steel leaf spring's mold is expounded in this paper according to manufacturability analysis, pressing scheme and layout design, totality design of mold structure, bending process structure design. The side bending mold structures which are difficult to form are illustrated on emphasis. On the condition of quality assurance, the rationality of mold structure and economical efficiency at the same time are considered to design the mold structure.
