摘要
在电火花线切割加工裂解连杆初始应力槽过程中,针对毛坯内孔误差、钼丝与连杆初始位置变化引起的应力槽切深不一致问题,研制了具有恒切深控制功能的电火花线切割控制系统,包括了硬件电路设计和PIC软件设计,并经实验验证其可行性。
Due to the inner hole error of Blank and the change of the original position of molybdenum wire and the rod, the depth of the grooves are inconsistent in the initial stress slot with the process of WEDM. To solve this problem, a control system used in WEDM is under development, with new circuit and software system, this control system works well to get constant depth in WEDM process. With experimental verification, the design of the control system meet its feasibility.
