鸡蛋壳膜水溶性物质的酶法提取研究

摘要 主要研究以蛋壳膜为原料,提取其中水溶性物质,应用于饲料当中,提高畜禽的经济效益。在提取过程中主要考虑影响比较大的酶解温度,水解时间,粉碎度,pH等因素。设定酶解温度50℃,55℃,60℃,65℃,70℃;水解时间0.5 h,1 h,1.5 h,2 h,2.5 h,3 h;pH 7.5,8,8.5,9,9.5,10;机械粉碎细度50目,60目,70目,80目,90目等因素,通过单因素试验和正交试验分析,最终确定酶解温度为65℃,水解时间2 h,pH为9.5,粉碎度为80目。 The water-soluble substances were extracted method from eggshell membrane with enzyme and applied in feed to improve the economic efficiency of livestock and poultry industry. The main factors were considered during the extraction process: hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time, grinding degree, pH and other factors. Set the temperatures, 50 ℃, 55 ℃, 60 %, 65 ℃, 70℃; the time 0.5 h, 1 h, 1.5 h, 2 h, 2.5 h, 3 h, the pH 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10; the granularity: 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 mesh. Finally, the best process was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments analysis as following, temperature is 65 ℃, hydrolysis time 2 h, pH value 9.5, grinding degree 80 mesh.
