摘要
R]DiversiLabSystemDNA指纹分型系统(DiversiLab系统)对食品中分离到的91株单增李斯特菌进行分子分型,分析菌株之间的同源性,评价该系统的分析能力。结果显示91株单增李斯特茵可以分成22群,菌株之间的相似性64.8%--09.8%,未表现地区特异性。DiversiLab系统分析结果准确揭示了91株单增李斯特茵的遗传特征和亲缘关系,可以作为一种单增李斯特茵的快速分型和溯源方法。
To determine relationship among the Listeria monocytogenes by Diversilab System, and made clear the typing ability of DiversiLab System for Listeria monocytogenes. The molecular typing of 91 Listeria monocytogenes isolated from the food with Diversilab System, analyzed the correlationship of the strains. Diversilab System divied the 91 strains of Listeria monocytogenes into 22 groups, the similarity between those strains was ranged from 64.8% to 99.8%. Exhibited no area specificity. Diversilab System typing results revealed the genetic characters and relationships of the 91 Listeria monocytogenes, so it could be used to type and trace the source of Listeria monocytogenes.
